Colors of Culture Around Taroudant, Morocco

Morocco is a colorful country as represented by souks, covered markets that are full of life, grit and magic. It’s also culturally vibrant with Berber and Arab influences, plus membership in both the African Union and Arab League. On a recent trip to Taroudant, a walled city east of Agadir, I was reminded of the country’s colors of culture and Berber past.

Denmark is about 50 times smaller than Greenland with only 2 percent of its land space (43,000 vs. 2 million km2). However, Greenland has 1 percent of Denmark’s population (58,000 vs. 5.9 million).
